Welcome to TADS (These Are Developing Stories). By accessing or using TADS, you agree to these Terms.

1. What is TADS?

TADS is a storytelling platform that follows real-world events as they unfold. Our stories combine publicly available information—including news reports, court records, official documents, speeches and verified facts—with original narrative writing that imagines scenes, dialogue and emotions where no public record exists. Every story clearly identifies itself as a developing narrative.

2. Fiction and Fact

TADS stories are works of narrative non-fiction with fictionalized elements. Facts are based on publicly available information wherever possible. Scenes, conversations and internal thoughts that were not publicly documented are creative interpretations intended to help readers understand events, and should not be treated as literal historical records.

Living Stories

Unlike traditional books, TADS stories continue to evolve. Individual chapters may be revised, expanded or updated as the story develops. When this happens, the chapter will display that it has been updated.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on TADS—including text, design, artwork, branding and original illustrations—is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, republish or distribute TADS content without written permission. Short quotations with attribution are permitted.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

copy or scrape content without permission
interfere with the platform
upload unlawful or defamatory material
impersonate another person

6. External Sources

TADS may reference or link to third-party websites and publicly available material. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of external content.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, TADS makes no guarantee that every fact will remain complete or current as stories continue to develop. Use of the platform is at your own discretion.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of TADS constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
